Lazercat Genetics ships exclusively within the United States.
We only ship to states where hemp seed possession is permitted by law. Orders submitted from restricted jurisdictions may be canceled at our discretion.
We do not offer international shipping under any circumstances.
International card transactions and forwarding services are prohibited.
We comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Current shipping restrictions are listed in the website footer and may be updated automatically through our compliance provider.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days from the date the order is placed, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.
Please note that during promotions, product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended by an additional 7 business days.
Packaging & Compliance
All orders are shipped in secure and discreet packaging.
Shipments are prepared in accordance with applicable hemp regulations and may include documentation verifying compliance with federal law, including confirmation that products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight where applicable.
Standard Shipping
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Lazercat Genetics is not responsible for shipping delays, delivery interruptions, or carrier-related issues once a package has been transferred to USPS or the selected shipping provider.
Guaranteed Delivery (Optional)
For U.S. customers, Lazercat Genetics may offer a Guaranteed Delivery option for an additional fee. This service may include:
- Shipment tracking
- Signature confirmation
- One replacement shipment in qualifying cases
If tracking information shows a package as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, you may submit a claim by contacting:

If we determine that the delivery issue was not caused by customer error, including but not limited to an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout, one replacement shipment may be issued under the Guaranteed Delivery program.
