Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final once an order has shipped.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund any time before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, refunded, or modified.
Order Accuracy
Every order is photographed prior to shipment for quality assurance and order verification.
If you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If our shipment verification confirms an error on our end, we will send the correct item at no additional cost.
We do not require incorrect items to be returned.
Unauthorized Returns
Please do not send products back without prior authorization. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.
